Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from being returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased on sale or with promotional offers.
